John Tovado is responsible for all aspects of Alpine’s roll-off line including sales, pricing, capital purchasing, hiring and route operation. With nearly 20 years’ experience in waste management, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the roll-off operations.

As a member of Alpine’s executive team, he works to develop Alpine’s roll-off line of business to ensure quality services for temporary and permanent needs, as well as compactor services. He established Alpine’s roll-off line of business and grew it to a significant share of the company’s revenues.

Prior to joining Alpine, he was part-owner of the Tri-County Waste Service where he developed the customer base and doubled annualized revenues. He managed all aspects of roll-off services including dispatching, routing, and disposal site utilization, and he improved roll-off cash flow and profitability.

With an extensive background in waste management, he has worked for various companies including Mountain Valley Disposal, Inc., and Wastequip, Inc. He began his career with Laidlaw Waste Systems, where he was a construction manager, sales supervisor, and sales representative. He has been consistently recognized as a top sales performer.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and environmental management from University of Phoenix, Colorado Campus.
